As to the tile I was under the impression that durarock had be installed under the tile. As to the nicks and poor finish, we have a walk thru and the owner makes a punch list, after they make the punch list we go back and finish what ever they have on it. If things had not been finished to their satisfaction most customers would have held some of the final payment till everything was done. The tile we offer is a standard tile it is not the most expensive tile on the market but I guess you would call it builders grade. We did put in the color thru formica on the kitchen countertop.We went out of our way to please Member and did some extra things that was not in the contract.
